Trunk Or Treat at Detail Garage Hawaii was held on Saturday, October 26th, 2019 from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. bringing together customized cars for a Halloween themed event incorporating a costume contest, trunk decorating contest, food, prizes, and a whole lot more for the entire ohana
Clubs and teams in attendance included Drag Tech Hawaii Racing, Supremacy Car Club, Affiliated Hawaii, and a whole lot more including solo riders who could more than hold it down on their own

Custom touches includes a custom configurated Airrex air suspension setup, Stage 4 Pearl Paint by Jspec Kustomz, 19″ Rotiform TMB wheels powdercoated in Candy Teal, and animated headlights with fully retrofitted animated taillights just to name a few
“Ever since my daughter Penelope was born, I noticed that most Halloween themed events were either for just the kids or just for the adults. I had a vision of creating a family friendly Halloween themed event incorporating custom cars, trucks, and motorcycles while allowing the children a safe environment for trick or treating and having fun with costume contests, goodie backs, and prizes” says Chad Ries. Chad Ries teamed up with his good friend Candace Izumi and turned his vision into reality with the aide of Ikaika Reppuhn of Detail Garage Hawaii and Kamu Unga of Ohana Car Detailing
