For yours truly, this blog was created mainly in part due to my FB X IG friend, import model, nurse extraordinaire, and covid frontliner Kat Menor @officialkatvee @thatnursekat ? Kat Menor’s Facebook post to 2 days ago is what triggered my obsession with this glorious specimen of a lobster roll which is appropriately named the “Buttah Lobster Roll” ? Two ✌️ anxious days later, and here I am blogging about this so called Buttah Lobster Roll ?
Their “Buttah Lobster Roll” consisted of lobster meat tossed in mayonnaise, garlic butter sauce, cilantro, and lemon and served in a toasted sweet roll. I decided to add a Clam Chowder on the side and a Hawaiian Sun Iced Tea for a total of $18.00 all in all
And the verdict IS ? Five ?️ Shakas ????? out of 5 ? The lobster meat and claw combined with the mayonnaise, garlic butter sauce, cilantro, and lemon was very rich, very pleasing, and YUMMY AF. The toasted sweet roll added a sweet and buttery hint while the vegetable slaw added a light and refreshing tone to my overall Buttah Lobster Roll experience. EIGHT08 approved ?
