Elite Car Club held their Annual New Year Island Cruise on Monday, January 1st, 2024 bringing together Oahu’s Lowriding Community on the very first day for the New Year. Ronald Carlos of Elite Car Club has been holding their annually held New Year Island Cruise for sometime now bringing together Oahu’s Lowriding Community on a New Year’s day here Oahu Nei filled with lowriders, comradery, friendship, and small kine stories

First stop, Magic Island which is found within Ala Moana Beach Park. Magic Island is a manmade peninsula found at the east end of Ala Moana Beach Park featuring large seawalls and a shallow lagoon, and is a favorite spot amongst the locals for picnicking, playing frisbee, or simply hanging out

Second stop, Zippy’s! Zippy’s Restaurant was founded in October 17, 1966 by Francis and Charles Higa, and has been serving local kama’ainas and tourists alike since then. Known as “Hawaii’s Favorite Restaurant, Zippy’s chain of restaurants can be found throughout the islands of Hawaii as well as in Las Vegas, Nevada

Third and final stop, Sandy Beach. Sandy Beach also known as “Sandy’s” is a beach on the southeastern shore of Oahu, and is known for it’s excellent bodyboarding and bodysurfing opportunites due to it’s peaky shore break and consistent barrels
