Pictured below is a Ramen concoction I created consisting of their spicy seafood broth, squid, lobster balls, fish balls, imitation crab meat, Japanese fish cakes, choy sum, Shitake mushrooms, and udon noodles. Verdict: (5) out of (5) Shakas. Fun Fact: Be careful of their spicy seafood broth. Their spicy seafood broth isn’t extraordinarily hot or spicy per say, but I inadvertently splashed some of it into my right eye as I slurped down my ramen concoction with the quickness. No bueno. My right eye was burning and tearing for a good couple minutes 🤯
