Pictured below is an order of their Dinardaraan aka chocolate meat. Nationally, Dinardaraan is called “Dinuguan” from the word “dugo” meaning blood and is a savory stew of pork meat, innards, offals, and pork blood

Pictured below is an order of their Adobong Silet. Adobo is often called the unofficial National flavor of the Philippines. Adobo is a carnival of flavors incorporating saltiness, the acidity of vinegar, and a mild hint of sweetness. “Silet” is intenstines hence Adobong Silet is basically Adobo flavored intenstines
