National Spaghetti Day is recognized and celebrated yearly on January 4th. This special day has been around since the 1950s, when it was created as a homage to one of Italy’s most beloved foods that being the beloved Spaghetti. Found within this blog are a variety of establishments offering their versions of the Spaghetti that can be found throughout Oahu Nei. Be sure to check them out 👍

Tried and True. The Old Spaghetti Factory has been serving Spaghetti and memories since 1969 within their numerous locations nationwide including a location here in Honolulu, Hawaii on Oahu Nei. Offering an unconventional yet onolicious take on the Spaghetti is Oh My Grill with their Mentaiko and Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti as pictured above and below. Their Mentaiko Spaghetti consists of Japanese spicy cod roe with a garlic sauce placed atop the spaghetti noodles. Their Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti consists of butter, garlic, and shrimps in their shells placed atop the spaghetti noodles
