The Farewell to Aiea High Stadium community event was held on Saturday, July 11th, 2026 incorporating a car show, crafts, local food trucks, and live entertainment to honor the stadium’s legacy
A number of classic cars, hot rods, and air cooled Volkswagens were posted up as part of the car show presented by Bleizn Fx
Speaking of Bleizn Fx, pictured above and below are photos of Lei Naumu’s Chevrolet Master Deluxe with an immaculately built big block motor found within it’s engine bay. Lei Naumu and Bernard Cabral are the folks behind Bleizn Fx who are well known in promoting local events dedicated to showcasing custom hot rods, classic cars, and the general local automotive community as a whole
Richard Carvalho of the VW Club Of Hawaii brought out his air cooled Volkswagen Type 2 Bus in support of the Farewell to Aiea High Stadium community event

Gordon and Carol Ortiz Sr. of the VW Club Of Hawaii brought out their air cooled Volkswagens in support of the Farewell to Aiea High Stadium community event

An variety of vendors were in attendance including Uncle T’s Goodies & More as pictured below
Island Glazed was in attendance with a variety of mochi donuts for both participants and spectators alike to indulge in. Their ube mochi donuts were scrumptious 😋

Jenn’s Sweets & Treats was in attendance serving their freshly made Dubai inspired desserts
Pictured above in hand is Jenn’s Sweets & Treats Brownie Bites. (5) brownie bites goodness accompanied with a chocolate dipping sauce for an ultimate brownie and chocolate overload experience. Sweet tooth fix achieved. Verdict: (5) out of (5) Shakas
Pictured above and below in hand is Jenn’s Sweets & Treats Dubai Chocolate Cake. Despite a coworker of mines saying it tasted great, unfortunately it was not my cup of tea in regards to it’s texture. Verdict: (2.5) out of (5)
